Depending on the size of your program, you should aim to have a 50-80% login rate in the first 30 days. Set a goal of a specific number of total logins that you would like to see at your 6 month benchmark. We recommend measuring the login rates to ensure your employees are staying engaged. It's very common to see the top point earners with the most logins. |

Metric 2: Total Budget Per User - to determine program liability Creating checks and balances for your budget will benefit you in the long run. To accomplish this, you'll want to track the outstanding points in all user accounts over time. We recommend setting a budget of $50-100 per employee per year, and communicating your budget to your Account Manager to ensure you don't exceed your desired amount. If you have 100 employees participating then you'll want to set an annual budget around $5,000-$10,000. |
