The Society for Human Resource Management annual conference is June twenty-sixth through the twenty-ninth this year, and like many attendees, I cannot wait for Vegas! As an exhibitor, it is such a pleasure to talk to people who are thinking about setting up a recognition or incentive program but may not be sure what the first step is. It is also great to meet people who are current clients but I may not have met in person yet. For the past couple of weeks I have seen a lot of bloggers posting on the upcoming event and many tweets with the #SHRM11 tag. I decided to ask everyone what the most essential thing to not forget was and would like to share the suggestions with you.
